摘  要:本文以黄绿蜜环菌为原料,用80℃热水浸提,Sevag法脱蛋白,H2O2脱色,95%乙醇沉淀得到粗多糖,其产率为1.72%。Serharose CL-6B凝胶层析柱分离纯化得到两种多糖纯品。在本文中对其中一种主要多糖纯品GLP进行了深入研究。该多糖为白色粉末状固体,易溶于热水;薄层分析确定其组成为阿拉伯糖和木糖;红外、核磁等结构分析表明该糖的连接方式主要以1-4连接为主链,1-6连接为支链。In this paper, a series of study on Armillarialuteo - virens polysaccharides were conducted. Polysaccharide of Armillarialuteo - virens was befittingly extracted by hot water of 80℃, and was taken off protein with the methed of Scrag, decolored with hydrogen peroxide, and then was precipitated by alcohol with the purity of 95%. The gross extracting ratio of polysaccharide was 1.72%. After CL - 6B column chromatography, two kinds of ploysaccharides were achieved. In this paper, the primary one (GLP) was studied thoroughly. It's white powder and can dissolve in hot water easily. The analyse of folium confirmed that the GLP is composed of Arabinose and xylose. Infrared Ray (IR) and Nuclear Mag- netic Resonance (NMR), analysis indicated that the structure of GLP is mainly linked by 1 -4 glycoside bonds and a few of 1 -6 bonds.
