摘 要:以两相厌氧生物处理工艺的产酸相作为硫酸盐还原单元,以食用红糖为碳源,通过连续流实验,重点研究了产酸相中m(COD)/m(SO42-)(C/S)对SO42-去除率的影响。在(34±1)℃、进水碱度300~500 mg/L、pH 6.0~6.2、氧化还原电位-250~-350 mV条件下,当进水C/S<2.0时,SO42-去除率<81%;当进水C/S为2.0~2.5时,SO42-去除率为81%~90%;当进水C/S>2.5时,SO42-去除率>90%。随着C/S的降低,SO42-的去除效果会有所降低。In order to investigate the effect of COD/SO4^2-(C/S) on sulfate removal rate in an acidogenic phase reactor of two-phase anaerobic bio-treatment system,a group of continuous-flow experiments have been conducted in an acidogenic sulfate-reducing reactor in which brown sugar is the source of carbon. The operation conditions of the reactor are controlled as follows :temperature at (34±1)℃ ,influent alkalinity at 300-500 mg/L,pH at 6.0- 6.2,oxidation reduction potential at -250-350 mV. It is demonstrated that the sulfate removal rate is less than 81% when the influent C/S is less than 2.0,and 81% to 90% sulfate removal rate could be achieved when the influent C/S is at 2.0 to 2.5, and more than 90% when C/S is more than 2.5. In conclusion,with the influent C/S reduces, the sulfate removal rate reduces, too.
