摘　　要：专利地图是实现专利分析的重要辅助工具，本文对专利地图技术的产生、发展和分类等方面进行了简要的介绍，并结合专利分析理论阐述了基于专利地图的专利分析流程。在实证部分，本文以网络信息对抗中的加密技术作为例，利用上述的专利分析流程针对美国专利商标局网站专利数据库进行专利情报分析，展示了该领域的发展状况与趋势，对我国的加密技术领域提出了对策与建议。文章最后，对我国企业的专利化进程提出了几点建议。Patent map is an important assistant tool for the patent analysis. This article discusses the development and categories of the patent map, and also demonstrates a general process to deal with patent analysis. At last it gives us an empirical analysis in the encrypt area and shows us the tendency and potential by using the patent map.
