摘　　要：在温度控制工业生产过程中,常常需要对一些数据进行采集。针对自主研发的WSH-A型精密温度控制仪和Delphi7.0开发环境,制定了结构新颖的通信协议,在通信过程中采用中断查询工作方式来提高读取数据的效率,并具体介绍了实时数据采集系统的实现过程。应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠、实时性强。Data acquisition is commonly used in various industrial processes based on temperature control. Aiming at independently researched and developed WSH-A precision temperature controller and software designed under Delphi 7.0 platform, a novel structural communication protocol is established. In communication, the inquiring mode has been changed into interrupting mode, thus the efficiency of reading data is enhanced. The implementing method of the real-time data acquisition system is introduced specifically, The application result shows that the system offers stable and reliable operation with high real-time performance.
