摘　　要：为降低成品油流通成本,增强企业竞争力,介绍了运用Microsoft Excel软化解决优化决策问题的Spreadsheet方法,它具有求解简便、直观的优点,并举例说明了该方法在成品油配送油库的选择及配送优化中的应用。Spreadsheet is a method to optimize decision by Microsoft Excel software.It provides an easy and direct way.Application of the method in selection of refined oil depots and optimization of distribution is illustrated.
