摘　　要：企业流程再造(BPR)是近年来在国外兴起,并得到许多大型知名企业的普遍重视和广泛应用的新兴的管理思想。介绍一种在小浪底进行企业E化过程中利用实体-活动关系(E-A关系)进行流程再造的方法,对各种E-A关系进行分类分析,提出E-A矩阵的概念,并结合实例阐明这种方法的具体实施步骤。Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a new management theory, to which great importance has been attached and which has been widely adopted by many famous enterprises. This paper introduces a method of using Entity-Activity (E-A) relations to apply BPR in the progress of XiaoLangDi Enterprise Informalization, presents the concept of E-A matrix by classifying the E-A relations, and describes a series of steps to exercise this method in some practical examples.
