高校女性教职工日常休闲行为探析——以广州高校为例

摘　　要：本文尝试对城市职业女性日常休闲行为的整个系统过程进行研究,并选取高校女性教职工为具体研究对象,对她们的日常休闲动机、休闲决策、休闲的时空间行为结构、休闲期望和休闲满意度进行了系统的探讨,以透视职业女性的休闲生活状况和生活质量。With the development of our society and the faster pace of our life, people actively demand leisure. Leisure behavior is a complex system process, which is an important matter in the study of leisure, including motivation, decision, concrete behavior, expectation and satisfaction. But from the literatures, we have found there is no article in relation to the system process of leisure behavior. So this article tries to analysis the system process of leisure behavior overall. Tourism, especially Geography of Tourism has paid more attention to the special factor, but they concern more about the leisure behavior of medium, long time and distance. Even the medium and short scale study on recreation behavior often selects the short-term tour as the object, such as vacation on weekends. But as an important fingerpost of measuring the quality of life, leisure should be represented fully as the everyday form. As the traditional conception and research often based on the andocentric, but the change about the role of women in society has reminded people that it is worth to study the leisure life of women. As women staff have to take the responsibility of both work and family, the study on women leisure life makes sense. So based on these reasons, this article tries to study the whole system process of the daily leisure behavior and selects the women staff in universities as the concrete object to reveal the state of leisure life of urban women staff. This article selects Guangzhou as the case and mainly selects six universities to carry out first-hand investigation. This research mainly takes questionnaires, investigating, and interview as research methods. Based on the collected data, the researchers carry out the qualitative and the quantitative analysis, and then draw the conclusion.
