摘　　要：提出一种从MPEG-2到H.264/AVC的变换域转码的帧间色度转码方案,推导了一种色度重构方法。首先,提出一种有效的频域色度块转码框架;然后,详细分析H.264中色度块像素域的1/8像素重构方法;最后,给出变换域中色度块重构的闭合公式。This paper proposes a transform domain chroma transcoding algorithm for MPEG-2 to H.264, and a derivation of chroma reconstructing. Firstly, it presents an efficient transcoding architecture for chroma block; then, it analyzes the chroma block reconstructing in 1/8 pixel of H.264; finally, it gives the formula of chroma reconstructing in transform domain.
