摘　　要：文章讨论了数字城市的理念内涵、建设意义，并通过分析建设现状，针对目前国内数字城市建设存在的一些问题，提出数字城市框架体系，探讨了数字城市的总体与技术框架、信息架构与生产——消费模型、战略实施原则与关键问题。The intension of digital city and the significance of the construction of digital city is briefly introduced in the paper. Based on the analysis of the status of the construction of digital cities in PRC, the overall framework, especially the technological framework of digital city, the architecture and the produce-consume model of information, the principles of the strategy of the construction of digital city and the key contents of the construction of digital city is presented and discussed in the paper.
