摘  要:用混凝搅拌实验研究了各种生物和水质参数对联用PAC和高岭土去除水样中小球藻的影响。结果表明,小球藻的去除率随生长相变化,新陈代谢旺盛时难被去除;无光照和缺营养培养1d后,小球藻的去除率略有提高,此后持续下降;高水温和偏碱性水环境有利于联用PAC和高岭土去除小球藻;洗涤表面疏松附着化合物后,小球藻变得更易被除去。在实验的生物和水质条件下,虽然小球藻的去除率有波动,但最终剩余浊度都维持在相当理想的水平,反映PAC和高岭土联用技术对环境有很强的适应性,可在生活饮用水处理领域推广应用。用原水进行的实验也证实,联用PAC和高岭土可获得满意的除藻效果,具有实用价值。The influence of variable biological and aqueous environmental circumstance on the C. vulgaris removal efficiency combined using PAC and Kaolin was studied by jar test in this paper. The results indicated that C. vulgaris removal efficiency changed with growth phase. The lowest removal efficiency occurred in active physical state. The C. vulgaris removal efficiency increased slightly after cells were cultured in dark or nutrient-deficiency for ld, but decreased continuously afterwards. High water temperature or alkalescent water circumstance promoted C. vulgaris removed by combined using PAC and Kaolin. Nevertheless, C. vulgaris were removed more easily after the loosely attached extracellular substances were washed off by centrifugal effect. Despite the cells removal efficiency fluctuate with variable biological and water quality parameters designed in the tests, the remaining turbidity after sedimentation were reasonable low, which indicated the method of combined using PAC and Kaolin was suitable varied water, and its application could be popularized in drinking water treatment. The test using raw water also verified that C. vulgaris were removed with optimistical level by combined using PAC and Kaolin.
