摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿尿道结石较好的治疗方法。方法:应用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗小儿尿道结石患者14例,其中前尿道结石8例,后尿道结石6例。结果:14例尿道结石均被击碎,治愈出院。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术是一种治疗小儿尿道结石创伤小、安全有效的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of ureteroscopy management of pediatric urethal calculi. Methods：Ureteroscopy was performed in 14 children including 8 cases in the preurethra and 6 cases in the posterior urethra. The stones were crushed by ballistic lithotripsy. Results ： Stones were completely cleared in 14 cases with the urethra calculi by ureheroscopy. Conclusions： Ureteroscopy was safe and effective for the management of pediatric urethral calculi .
