摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺通道成形术治疗高危BPH的方法和疗效。方法:采用经尿道前列腺通道成形术治疗高危BPH患者165例。结果:手术过程视野清晰,出血少,疗效满意,均未出现严重并发症。结论:经尿道前列腺通道成形术是一种治疗高危BPH安全性高、易掌握、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。Objective：To evaluate transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of BPH patients at high risk. Methods： 165 BPH patients at high risk. treated with transurethral resection of prostate. Results： The procedure has clear vision, with less bleeding. And the curative effect was satisfactory. There were no serious complications. Conclusions：Transurethral resection of prostate was a safe and effective treatment of BPH patients at high risk. It was easy to grasp,and with less complications.
