摘  要:通过正交试验,确定了用柠檬酸-硝酸盐体系制备有机前驱体,低温燃烧法合成掺钙铬酸镧粉体的优化工艺参数,讨论了粉体煅烧温度、柠檬酸量、溶胶pH值、乙二醇量、溶胶陈化时间和掺钙量对粉体BET比表面积的影响。结果表明,影响粉体BET比表面积的因素主次顺序为煅烧温度、柠檬酸量、pH值、乙二醇量、陈化时间、掺钙量。采用优化工艺制备粉体的BET比表面积为18.2m2/g。The powders of calcium- doped lanthanum chromite were synthesized by the low temperature combustion method using organic precursor prepared by citric acid-nitrate system, and some process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The influence of calcination temperature,amount of citric acid,pH of sol ,amount of ethylene glycol ,ageing time of sol and doped dose of calcium on the prepared powders was investigated. It has been found that the sequence of primary and secondary factors is the calcination temperature, the dose of citric acid, pH of sol, the dose of ethylene glycol, the ageing time of sol and the dose of calcium. The BET surface area of powders prepared by the better technology is 18.2m^2/g.
