摘 要:以PSA-A乳胶粒为模板,通过硫酸高铈和尿素的水解反应得到PSA/水合CeO2的核/壳结构的复合微球,通过煅烧除去乳胶粒模板得到立方相CeO2空心微球。CeO2空心微球平均粒径为450nm^500nm,由11.76nm的小粒子堆积而成。考察了Ce4+、尿素、PVP的浓度,反应温度,PSA-A乳胶粒的加入量等实验条件对包覆效果的影响,通过FT-IR、XRD、TEM、SEM对样品进行了表征。In this paper, anionic PSA-A latex particles can be coated with hydrate CeO2 by aging the solution containing PSA-A, urea, and Ce (SO4)2. X ray diffraction results show that cubic crystalline CeO2 hollow spheres were successfully obtained after removing the core particles by calcining the PSA-A/hydrate CeO2 core-shell particles at 600℃ in air. TEM analysis showed that the diameters of CeO2 hollow spheres were 450nm-500nm and the shells were composed of nano-sized tetragonal crystalline oxide particles with the average diameter of 11.76 nm. The influences of various experimental conditions on coating have been investigated. TEM, SEM, XRD and FT-IR were used to characterize the PSA latex, PSA-A / hydrate CeO2 core-shell spheres and CeO2 hollow spheres.
