摘　　要：中国“十一五”期间如何保障能源供应:一是要建立一个安全的能源体系,二是要建立节能环保型的体系,三是要建立能源基础设施,四是要建立起运输体系。China’s economy has increasingly come into rapid development period. With the rapid development of economy, energy demands has also increased very quickly. Especially since 2000, China’s energy supply-demand situation has changed signi cantly. Energy issue has evolved into important issue for economic and social development, and attracted significant attentions of international society. How should China guarantee its energy supply in Eleventh Five- Year period? First is establishing a safe energy system, second is energy saving and envorienment protecting system, third is energy infrastructure and forth is transportation system.
