摘　　要：研发国际化已经成为继贸易全球化、生产全球化、金融资本化之后,世界经济一体化的一种新发展趋势。技术知识所具有的复杂性使得对研发活动进行分割并将不同的部分设置在不同地区变得非常困难。影响跨国公司海外研究开发投资的决定因素可细分为诸多因素。Following the globalization of trade, globalization of production, and the capitalization of finance, the internationalization of R＆D has become the new trend of the world economy, The complicated nature of the technical knowledge makes it more difficult to divide the R^D activity and set up the different parts in different districts. The decision factors for the multinational corporation overseas R＆D investment can be broken to many factors.
