摘　　要：三辊轧管机的3个轧辊上各有1个台肩,其台肩区几乎承担了钢管的全部减壁任务,具有很强的延伸能力,在台肩上钢管的变形量大,而且具有集中性、瞬时性。在研究钢管变形特点的基础上,讨论了台肩的作用、与变形特点有关的变形量、高合金轧制和薄壁管轧制精度等工艺问题。Almost the complete wall thickness reduction is finished at the zone of the hump on the roll of the 3-roll mill, which means that the hump has so strong elongation ability that the deformation as conducted on the hump is not only large, but also so concentrated and fast. Based on the research on the said deformation charac- teristics, relevant technological issues are discussed such as deformation amount, rolling of hi-alloy steel and the rolling tolerance of light wall tube. What is resulted from the said research is worth using as reference for tube makers＇ selection of the mill type.
