摘　　要：分析了高强度抗硫化氢腐蚀套管轧制变形难度较大的原因,提出了相应的解决办法,并在实际应用过程中取得良好效果,实现了此类难变形金属在二辊式连轧管机上轧制的突破。Analyzed are the causes why it is so hard to get the desirable deformation of the material during rolling of the hi-strength anti-SSC oil casing, and thus countermeasures are proposed and implemented. The result is satisfactory, which leads to the breakthrough in rolling of such hi-deformation metals with the 2-roll type mandrel mill.
