摘　　要：西北美术在全球化语境下呈现出多元化发展的繁荣景象,但由于缺乏强有力的理论指导,致使西北美术创作无法打破现有的水平,难以产生代表中国美术方向的、具有原创艺术观念的力作。西北美术理论事业是西部开发大链条中的重要环节,从历史发展规律来看,决定西北美术发展的主要因素,是人文精神指引下的美术理论的高度发展,这也是人类艺术发展史中的普遍规律。为促进学科向更深更广的领域发展,注重美术基础理论研究的新方法,注重现代地域美术历史的整理研究,注重美术时论,让美术批评发挥现实作用等,应成为新时期西北美术理论研究的突破点。The art of northwest assumes a multivariation developmental prosperity scene against the back- ground of globalization, but it has no relationship with efficient theoretical coach, north west art creation cannot break available horizon, it is impossible to be creative of commissary Chinese direction and has original artistic conception＇s excellent production. Northwest aesthetics researches are important link of development of western part , from historic law of development, choosing northwest fine arts evolutive key factor is under the humanist spirit directions and high -grade developed aesthetics, this is univeisal law of humans artistic phylogeny too. For accelerating the development of the subject favor even more field, get along with other academic subject crosses cesearch, pay attention to collation and research of modern times regional art history; attention present aesthetics and let fine arts criticism bring into play effective value. And so on, these behave as breakthrough point of the aesthetics of northwest in new period.
