摘　　要：嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌耐药性强,产金属β-内酰胺酶是嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对包括亚胺培南在内的广谱头孢菌素耐药的主要原因,金属酶作用机制复杂,没有相应的抑制剂投入应用,已成为临床抗感染治疗很棘手的问题。本文就嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌所产金属β-内酰胺酶种类、特性、作用机制和抑制剂等方面研究作一简要概述。Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was multiresistant. Production of metallo-β-1actamase is one of the resistance mechanism of S. maltophilia to cephems and carbapenems. The mechanisms of metallo-β-lactamase were complicated and no corresponding inhibitor has been used, which has become a difficult problem in the treatment of infections diseaes. The kinds, characteristics, mechanism and inhibitors of metallo-β-lactamase produced from S. maltophilia were reviewed.
