异帕米星对金葡菌的体外抗菌活性分析

摘　　要：目的观察异帕米星(isepamicin)对金葡菌的体外抗菌活性,为临床用药提供参考。方法使用纸片扩散法检测异帕米星和其他12种抗生素对152株金葡菌的敏感性,并对结果进行分析。结果敏感率最高的4种抗生素依次为万古霉素(100%)、异帕米星(93.4%)、氯霉素(92.1%)、复方磺胺甲口恶唑(89.5%)。异帕米星对MRSA的敏感率为91.7%;对MSSA的敏感率为100%。结论异帕米星对金葡菌有良好的抗菌活性。aureus. Methods Objective To observe in vitro antibacterial activity of isepamicin against Staphylococcus The Disk diffusion method was performed for testing the inhibitory activity of isepamicin and other 12 antibiotics against 152 isolates of S. aureus, and the experimental data were analyzed. Results The sensitive rates of S. aureus to vancomycin, isepamicin, chloramphenicol and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were 100%, 93.4%, 92. 1% and 89. 5% respectively. The sensitive rate of isepamicin against MRSA and MSSA were 91.7% and 100% respectively. Conclusions Isepamicin has highly activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
