纤维支气管镜定位和引导下国产支架介入治疗严重气道狭窄20例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜(以下简称纤支镜)定位引下安置国产支架治疗严重气道狭窄的应用价值。方法20例严重气道狭窄患者均采用常规咽喉部局麻和/或环甲膜注射利多卡因后经纤支镜定位和引导放置国产镍钛记忆合金支架(以下简称NT支架)。结果20例均一次性放置成功,呼吸困难症状迅速缓解。结论经纤支镜定位和引导下放置国产NT支架是治疗严重气道狭窄既经济又十分有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of BF orientated and guided placement of domestic made stents in the treatment of severe tracheal stenosis. Methods Domestic made NT stents were placed in 20 cases of severe tracheal stenosis orientated and guided by BF. Results The orientation and placement of NT stent guided by BF was performed successfully in all cases. After furnished with stems, dyspnia was relieved immediately along with the pulmonary function improved. Conclusion The method of BF guided to place domestic made stent would be a safe and economical effective operation on the severe tracheal bronchial stenosis cases.
