摘　　要：目的 探讨心脏直视手术围手术期护理方法,监测要点.方法 回顾分析2002年～2005年200例心脏直视手术的护理.术前进行心理状况评估和干预,解除患者思想顾虑,充分做好术前准备,加强术后监测,重视健康教育和出院用药指导,定期复查及随访.结果 患者均痊愈出院,无护理并发症.结论 有效的护理干预与监测是保证手术成功的重要措施,也是患者顺利康复的重要因素之一.Objective To investigate the nursing methods and observation kernels of intuitional operation on heart before, in, and after the operation. Methods 200 cases of the nursing of intuitional operation on heart from 2002 to 2005 were analysed retrospectively. Adequate preparations for the operation were done by evaluating and interfering in the mental conditions of the patients so that their anxiety could be alleviated ; post - operation observations were strengthened, and great importance was attached to health education and instructions for dosing after the patients left the hospital. In addition, the patients were requirde to come back to the hospital for counterchecks, and they were followed up. Results All the patients in the 200 cases recovered and left the hospital, and no nursing complication occurs. Coneluslon Effective nursing interference and observation is an important measure which ensures the success of the operation. It is also one of the important factors that ensure the smooth recovery of the patient.
