摘 要:本文将工业分为高技术产业和传统产业两个部门,应用Feder模型研究发现:高技术产业产出通过与传统工业部门的弹性关系而影响其增长,进而影响整个工业的增长。对我国的数据检验表明:高技术产业对我国工业的直接带动和溢出效应都很显著,直接带动率为18%,溢出效应为2.2%;高技术产业的平均要素边际产出较传统工业的平均要素边际产出高出21.9%。研究也表明,我国高技术产业对工业发展的作用存在着高带动高溢出、低带动高溢出和高带动低溢出三类地区。This paper applies the Feder model to the industrial department. Provided that the industry is divided into high-tech industries and conventional industries, our studies find that high-tech industries' output will affect conventional industries' growth through its elasticity to conventional industries, so as to affect industrial growth. The data of industry and high-tech industries' development shows that the direct impetus function and spillover effects of high -tech industries' development to industry are significant as a whole in China. The contribution of the direct impetus function is 18% and the spillover effect is 2.2%. The average marginal output of high-tech industries is 21.9% higher than that of conventional industries. Our studies also find that our country as a whole can be divided into the regions in which high -tech industries have higher impetus function and higher spillover, lower impetus function and higher spillover and higher impetus function and lower spillover on industry.
