摘　　要：当归多糖具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤和抗辐射等显著生物活性,在医药领域有极其广阔的应用前景。本文综述了当归多糖的提取、蛋白和色素的脱除以及分离纯化的研究进展,为其进一步开发利用提供参考。Polysaccharides of Angelica sinensis possess outstanding biological activities for enhancing immunosystem ,anti -tumor and anti -irradiation, and imply its wide and promising application as a medicine. In this article, the current status of pretreatment of raw material, extraction methods, getting rid of proteins, decolorization for polysaccharide purification were reviewed and discussed. It will be useful to the further development of polysaccharides from Angelica sinensis.
