摘 要:选用6个甘蓝型油菜亲本(3个不育系和3个恢复系),采用p×q不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)对产量及其10个相关性状的配合力进行分析。结果表明:(1)所有考查性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达显著或极显著水平。其中分枝数和单株产量以基因加性效应为主,生育期、分枝位高、主花序角果数、每角粒数、千粒重等性状则以基因的非加性效应为主。(2)考查的多数性状受不育系的影响要比受恢复系的影响大。(3)产量及其相关性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力不育系以99A01-3较好,恢复系以RS03-1较好。(4)亲本各性状一般配合力与特殊配合力之间没有明显的对应关系,表明在杂交组合选配时,只有在选择一般配合力高的亲本基础上,通过广泛测交,才能获得特殊配合力高的强优势组合。Six parents of Brassica napus, including 3 sterile lines and 3 restoring lines, were chosen to analyze the combining ability of yield and its 10 relative characters by means of p x q incomplete diallel crossing(NCⅡ) design. The results showed: ( 1 ) both general combining ability(GCA)and specific combining ability(SCA) of all characters tested were obviously significant;the additive variation was principal for the characters of the number of branches and yield per plant,while the non additive variation was principal for the characters of growth duration, height of branches, pod of main inflorescence, number of seeds per pod and 10(30 - seed weight; (2) the most characters were more greatly influenced by sterile line than by restoring line; (3) the yield and its relative characters of GCA and SCA were the best for 99A01 - 3 in sterile lines and RS03 - 1 in restoring lines ; (4) GCA and SCA of various characters had no signifcant relation with each other,which suggested that the combination with good specific combining ability could be obtained through wide test cross on the basis of high general combining ability parents.
