不同外源激素对二晚后期叶片衰老的影响

摘　　要：采用田间小区试验研究了齐穗期喷施3种外源激素(GA3、6-BA、BR)对二晚生长后期叶片衰老的影响,测定了剑叶的膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量与SOD、CAT活性等与衰老相关的指标。结果表明:3种外源激素对水稻叶片的衰老都有延缓作用,并能提高结实率,最终达到增加产量的目的,其中以6-BA的效果最好。但外源激素对水稻叶片衰老作用的延缓具有时效性,大约2周左右。Field plot experiment was conducted to study the effect of spraying three kinds of external phytohormones （ gibberel- lin3, 6 - benzyladenien and brassinolide） on the leaves senescence in the late growth period of the late - season rice. Some senescence indexes including the plasma membrane permeability, content of MDA, activities of SOD and CAT were determined. The results showed as follows ： all kinds of external phytohormones could delay leaves senescence, increase the seed setting rate, and increase the yield, in which 6 - BA did best. However, the effect of external phytohormones on delaying leaves senescence had the time limitation and the time of efficacy was about two weeks.
