摘　　要：本文从经济全球化背景下开放式创新范式的基本特征出发,辨析了企业进行知识产权保护的影响因素,综合考察了开放式创新所处的环境、知识资源利用、关系情境和知识特性对知识产权保护的作用,进而提出了我国企业在开放式创新环境下知识产权的保护机制和管理策略,即探索企业进行知识产权管理的商业模式,开发评估知识产权价值的工具和手段,培育知识产权交易市场。Viewing the fundamental characteristics of open innovation under the globalization of economy as a start point, this paper identifies the factors affecting the intellectual property （IP） protection in firms. The impacts of environments open innovation faces, exploitation of knowledge sources, relationship situation and nature of knowledge on IP protection are investigated. Furthermore, this study proposes the protection mechanisms and management tactics of IP in the open innovation, i.e. , explores the business model of IP protection, develops the tools and means evaluating IP values.
