摘　　要：根据成套电器行业客户化定制造成产品生产工艺和工时定额不同的特点,介绍一种基于标准工时的成套电器生产计划管理模型,实现车间透明化管理,提高计划的准确性,实现车间敏捷生产,有效缓解资金积压和零件到位时间不准的问题。Incording to the difference of the production process and quota of complete sets electric apparatus industry, here introduce a management model of production plan based on standard labor time of complete sets electric apparatus industry, achieving the transparent management of workshop. It advanced the accuracy of planning and actualized the agile manufacture of workshop, this relieves the problem of capital overstocking and components delaying effectively.
