摘　　要：可编程控制器(PLC)在工业控制中应用十分广泛,但是在实际应用中仍然存在诸如输出信号抖动等缺点。为了消除电磁机械抖动,以三菱FX2N—48MR为例,根据对PLC输出脉冲信号波形的时域特征分析,设计一种基于555集成块的调理电路,取得了良好的效果。The application of Programmable Logic Controller（PLC） in industrial control is very extensive, but it still has some disadvantages, such as signal shake etc. In order to eliminate this phenomenon,with Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR as example, bases the time domain analysis for the signal of PLC, has designed a kind of circuit, which based on 555 integrated pieces. It has gotten good effect, and has certain realistic meaning.
