摘　　要：目的:通过观察男性坐骨海绵体肌、球海绵体肌及阴茎血管的构筑特点,探讨其与勃起生理相关的解剖学。方法:制作成人阴茎血管铸型标本,再取下两侧坐骨海绵体肌和球海绵体肌进行观察。结果:阴茎海绵体内纵行的动脉发出无数树状分支,其毛细血管汇合后注入白膜下静脉丛;部分形成螺旋动脉,与海绵窦相交通。引流海绵窦血液的窦后小静脉相互吻合形成白膜下静脉丛,再汇合形成导静脉。坐骨海绵体肌平均肌重(2.13±0.26)g,肌长(7.36±0.16)cm,羽状角5.2°:球海绵体肌平均肌重(2.14±0.58)g,肌长(7.25±0.76)cm,羽状角28.63°。结论:会阴浅层肌尤其是坐骨海绵体肌的收缩。进一步压迫阴茎静脉,勃起得以维持。Objective： To observe the architectural features of the male penis and superficial muscle of perineum and investigate their correlation with penile erection. Methods： Eighteen cast specimens of human penis vessels and superficial muscle of perineum were observed. Results： All specimens have two dorsal arteries and ten to eighteen circum flex arteries. Six to sixteen small veins emerged from the glans to form the retrocoronal plexus and drained into the deep dorsal vein. In more than half of specimens, there were two deep dorsal veins,a thick major trunk and a thin accessory trunk,with unit at the root of penis. The circumflex veins arised from the superior surface of the corpus spongiosum and presented only in the distal two-thirds of penis; The muscle weight,muscle length, and pinnation angles of ischiocavernosus were 2. 13±0. 26 g, 7.36±0.16 cm, and 5.2° respectively; And those of bulbospongiosus were 2.14± 0. 58 g, 7.25±0. 76 cm, and 28. 63° respectively. Conclusion： The contraction of perineum superficial muscles pull and oppress the penis artery and vein （erectile blood-vessel）, thus to maintain the errectile phase.
