摘 要:矿渣MTC固化体韧性差,无法满足油井后期射孔等开发要求,为此,对提高水泥石韧性的途径进行了分析,采用纤维、橡胶粉和活性微粒复配得到了矿渣MTC增韧剂MZR,借鉴油井水泥石性能测定标准,通过抗冲击韧性实验、抗折强度实验、胶结强度实验对MZR的性能进行了测试,考察了MZR对浆体性能的影响。实验结果表明,MZR可以大幅度提高矿渣MTC固化体的韧性,当采用3%加量时,可提高矿渣MTC固化体抗冲击韧性、抗折强度及胶结强度30%以上,MZR对抗压强度无不良影响,不影响浆体施工性能,是一种优异的矿渣MTC技术增韧剂。The toughness of the slag MTC solidified body is poor and can not fulfill the requirement of the exploitation and development of the later stage perforation of oil wells. Therefore, analysis is conducted on the solution to improve the toughness of cement. The flexibilizer MZR for slag MTC is developed based on the combination of fiber, rubber powder, and active particles. Using the criteria of measuring the performance of oil well cement for reference, the properties of MZR are tested through the impact toughness test, the bending strength test, as well as the cementing strength test. What's more, the effect of MZR on mortar properties is examined. Research results show that MZR can greatly improve the toughness of slag MTC solidified bodies. When 3% MZR is added, the impact toughness, bending strength, and cementing strength of the slag MTC solidified body will be improved by more than 30%. It is proved that MZR is an excellent flexibilizer to the slag MTC technology, which does not have negative effect on impact toughness and does not affect the workability of mortar.
