Discussion the Labor and Capital Relation of American Professional Sports

摘　　要：通过文献分析、专家访谈和比较分析等方法,对美国职业体育劳资关系中劳资双方的构成要素及其地位作用进行了深入分析。认为职业体育中劳资关系的资方包括联盟和俱乐部,劳方包括运动员及其代理和运动员协会;职业体育劳资关系从本质上说,是一种经济利益关系,劳资双方的矛盾主要集中在利益分配的问题上。并把美国职业体育劳资关系模式同中国职业体育劳资关系模式进行了比较分析,发现美国职业体育劳资关系模式是一种相互制衡,稳定的,先进的劳资模式,而我国职业体育的劳资关系是不稳定的。Through analyzing literature,consulting with experts and comparatively analyzing, the article made a deep analyze on the composing elements of labor and capital in American professional sports and function of theirs. Labor and capital relation is one kind of social relation with extensive contents~ its main body does not only include labor and capital but also include the third party government, labor party in professional sports include federation and club, Capital party include athlete,his agent and the association. The essence of the relation is one kind of economy benefit; the conflict between labor and capital is mainly on the allocation of benefits. The labor and capital relation formula of American professional sports is one kind of restricting one another, stable and advanced labor and capital relation formula.
