摘　　要：目的了解山西省运城市2006年流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)疫情的流行病学特点,探讨乙脑发病的年龄特征,为预防控制乙脑提供基础资料。方法分析法定传染病报告系统数据及现场流行病学调查资料,现场快速评估乙脑疫苗接种率,乙脑病毒IgM抗体采用酶联免疫吸附试验捕获法检测。结果运城市2006年7～8月乙脑报告发病率为1.87/10万,病死率为16.1%。≥30岁乙脑病例占总病例数的84.9%,年龄别发病率分为<4岁及≥30岁两个高峰,成人及老年人发病率高于小年龄组儿童发病率。结论运城市2006年乙脑疫情特点为成人病例构成比、发病率及病死率均较高。Objective To find out epidemiological characteristics of the JE epidemic in Yuncheng Prefecture,Shanxi Province to approach the age characteristics of the JE cases, and provide the baseline data for JE control. Method Analyze the data from notifiable diseases reporting system and field epidemiological survey. Evaluate the JE vaccine coverage rates on field. Detect JE IgM antibody using the captured ELISA. Results The JE report incidence in Yuncheng Prefecture is 1.87 per 100,000. Fatality rate is 16.1%. For the age proportion of the cases,the propor tion of the cases ≥30 years old is 84.9%. And the curve of the age-specific incidence has two peaks： 44 years old and ≥30 years old. The JE incidence of the adults and old people are higher than the young child＇s. Conclusion The characteristics of the JE epidemic in Yuncheng Prefecture shows high proportion, high incidence, and high fatality rate of the adult cases.
