碱液处理和拉伸处理对丝绵纤维性能的影响

摘  要:用质量分数为0.5%、1%和2%的纯碱液处理丝绵,测试丝绵纤维的强力和伸长率,结果是用1%碱液处理的丝绵纤维的相对断裂伸长率最高,平均值为19.66%;单位纤度强力差异不显著,平均单位纤度强力值分别为1.95、2.12、1.98cN/dtex。丝绵纤维拉伸处理前后的平均相对断裂伸长率分别为15.11%和22.7%,平均单位纤度强力分别为1.95cN/dtex和2.66cN/dtex。根据红外光谱分析,纯碱处理后的丝绵纤维β-折叠结构信息主要是酰胺Ⅱ、酰胺Ⅲ和酰胺Ⅴ的变化。Floss silk was treated by adopting different lye concentrations of 0.5%, 1% and 2%. The changes of relative breaking extension ratio had significant differences and the average relative breaking extension ratio disposed with 1%concentration was 19.66%. The changes of tenacity per size had no significant differences when dealt with different concentrate of lye. The average tenacities per size were 1.95 cN/dtex, 2.12 cN/dtex and 1.98cN/dtex. The average relative breaking extension ratios were 15.11% and 22.7% before and after drawn disposals. The relative breaking extension ratios were extremely significant difference. The average tenacities per size were 1.95 cN/dtex and 2.66 cN/dtex before and after drawn disposals. According to FT-IR, the change information of β-sheet in floss silk structure with physiochemical disposals is mostly amide Ⅰ, amide Ⅱ and amide Ⅲ.
