以紫杉醇为主的联合化疗方案治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的研究以紫杉醇为主的化疗方案治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤出现不良反应的护理。方法对56例中晚期恶性肿瘤采用紫杉醇、阿霉素、顺铂等药物联合化疗。治疗前口服地塞米松10mg,给予苯海拉明肌肉注射20mg,静脉注射西咪替丁300mg或雷尼替丁50mg。使用前将药物稀释于0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液500mL中,静脉滴注3h。结果通过对药物不良反应的观察与护理,患者无1例发生严重不良反应而危及生命。结论经过用药前、用药中观察与监护,减少了不良反应的发生几率。Objective：Study the nursing technique of the uncomfortable response appear in the chemotherapy which take the paclitaxel a big part in curing the mid or later period malignant tumor. Methods ：Give the patients who were suffering form mid or later period malignant tumor the combined chemotherapy in using the paclitaxel,ADM, cisplatin and etc. Before the therapy,take dexamethasone 10 mg orally,ira diphenhy dramine 20 rag,iv cimetidine 300 mg,or iv ranitidine 50 mg. Dilute the drugs in NS or 10~GS＇500 mL before using them and ivgtt in 3 hours. Results By means of observing and nursing the uncomfortable response of using the drugs ,none of the patients had the serve response,and damage the life. Conclusion ：Observing and nursing before and though using the drugs can reduce the uncomfortable response rate.
