摘  要:目的鉴定复方中药中乌头生物碱在人尿液中的代谢产物。方法液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱多级质谱(LC-ESI-MSn)法。结果检测出5种乌头生物碱代谢产物。结论从具有乌头碱中毒临床表现的患者尿液中检测到的5种乌头生物碱代谢产物保存着乌头生物碱的基本结构即乌头烷骨架,可逆证或指示乌头生物碱进入肌体,因而可作为乌头碱(乌头生物碱)中毒的指示物,并可在法医学上取代在生物体内代谢迅速难以检测的中毒指标物乌头碱。LC-ESI-MSn法作为检测乌头碱中毒指示物的方法具有灵敏、专属和简单快速的优点。Objective To identify the metabolites of Aconitum alkaloids from the compound formula of Chinese medicine in human urine. Method The liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-multistage mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS^n) was used. Result There were five metabolites of Acortitum alkaloids were identified in the urine of a female patient. Conclusion These five metabolites of Aconitum alkaloids from the urine of patient with the symptom of aconitine poisoning kept the skeletal structures of Aconitum alkaloids-the basis structure of Aconitum alkaloids, which can be taken as the indicator of aconitine (Aconitum alkaloids) poisoning and as a substitution for aconitine, a primary poisoning indicator, that metabolizes quickly in organism and is hard to determine. LC-ESI-MSn is sensitive, exclusive and easy for detecting the indicator of aconitine poisoning.
