粉煤灰制取絮凝剂的研究

摘　　要：通过高温焙烧、酸浸、碱溶等过程,用粉煤灰制取聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂。并用分光光度计法测其浊度去除率,经试验测得,在焙烧温度为800℃时,粉煤灰制取的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的浊度去除率最大,达到了65%左右。Through the high temperature roasting,the acid pickling,the alkalidissolve and so on the preparation process,takes with the pulverized fly ash gathers polyaluminum ferric silicate flocculant.And with the spectrophotometer measured its turbidity removeingrate.After the experiment,at 800 ℃ pulverized fly ash took gathers polyaluminum ferric silicate flocculant turbidity removeing rate to be biggest,has achieved about 65%.
