摘 要:将废玻璃和氟云母晶体粉末混合,采用烧结法制备可加工氟闪石玻璃陶瓷。研究了不同类型玻璃(平板玻璃、绿色瓶玻璃和褐色瓶玻璃)和氟云母加入量对该材料制备和性能的影响,结果表明,玻璃类型的影响不大,而氟云母加入量的影响很大。加入30%~40%氟云母,在860~950℃烧结2 h所制备的玻璃陶瓷有较高的强度,能够进行车削、钻孔和攻丝等机械加工。A machinable fluoramphibole glass-ceramic was fabricated by directly mixing fluormica crystals with recycled glass powder and sintering.The effects of the different kinds of glasses (colourless glass,green bottle glass and brown bottle glass) and additions of fluormica on the fabrication of the material were investigated. The experimental results showed that the kinds of glasses had little effect,however,the additions of fluormica had great effect on the properties of the materials.The fluoramphibole glass-ceramics with 30%--40% fluormica contents sintered at range of 860-950 ℃ exhibited good mechanical property and machinability,they can be turned,drilled and taooed.
