摘  要:利用高速旋转的涡叶轮后部会产生一股吸引力的原理,经混凝、涡凹气浮处理的废水,COD去除率达到92%、BOD去除率达87.5%、SS去除率达到93.3%。废水处理后可达标排放,也可在工艺中回用。涡凹气浮法在对废纸再生造纸废水治理中有着设备体积小、投资少、占地面积小、节约能源等优点。The method of air lift exerts important function to apply conventional technology to treatment of papermaking wastewater.This principle utilizes high-speed spinning scroll wheel-back producing an attraction force by the treatment of coagulation and air lift from vortex dished surface.The removal rates of COD,BOD and SS are 92%, 87.5% and 93.3%.The treated waste water discharges up to standard, uses also as technology water for recycling use.Air lift from vortex dished surface in application to wastewater treatment of papermaking with wastepaper recycling has the virtue of small volume little inves,small occupy area, energy saving etc.
