对图书馆全方位开放式服务的思考——以华北科技学院新建图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展,新建或扩建图书馆成为必然,本文介绍了华北科技学院新建图书馆的总体情况,服务及管理功能的实现,提出了图书馆在完全开放下提高服务质量的一些对策,希望对其他图书馆的建设有所借鉴。With the development of advanced education in our country, constructing or enlarging the library is becoming necessity. This paper mainly introduces the collectivity circs of new library of North China Institute of Science and Technology, analyses some existing problems, and brings forward some idiographic can help other libraries.
