摘　　要：信息资源建设是数字图书馆建设的基础,而图书馆对数字化信息资源的开发利用则是数字图书馆建设的目标。本文结合我国的具体情况,对数字图书馆信息资源建设内容、数字图书馆资源建设的基本原则以及数字图书馆多元化信息资源的开发利用等问题进行了有益地探讨。Information resource construction is the foundation of digital library construetion, and exploitation ＆ use of information resource is the target of digital library. In this paper, writer has explored the content and basic principle and exploitation ＆ use of information resource construction in digital library.
