摘　　要：根据广东省有关文件,应把图书馆建设列入各级地方政府政绩考核范围,并议论了考核标准。According to the relevant documents of Guangdong province, the library construction is included in the examinational scope of the achievements in theirs official career of the local governments at all levels, and discuss the examinational standards.
