摘　　要：本文探讨了构成查新服务质量保障体系的主要组成要素:科学的管理系统、合理的业务流程、高素质的查新人员、多元化的查新信息源、内容规范及文献对比分析准确且查新结论客观公正的查新报告、完善的专家审核制度及健全的档案管理制度等。The text discusses about fire main dements of quality guarantee system of the novelty searching service that constitutes of scientific management system, feasible business streamline, qualified searching team, diversified sources tor novelty searching, objective report with normative content and accurate documentary comparison, well - developed expert supervision system and archive management, etc.
