摘　　要：论述了为企业技术创新服务的文献检索,应当是一个信息发现的过程。它的检索策略应包括:文献资源选择,检索词、式及其逻辑关系的确定,查全率、查准率的取舍,检索技巧、检索经验的积累和运用。并通过为一个企业技术创新项目,提供文献检索服务的事件背景和具体过程,论证了这一观点及其检索策略的有效性。Literature search that serves enterprise technology innovation should be a process of finding information. The search strategies include choosing literature resources, determining search words, formulating logical search statement, and estimating the ratio of retrieve accurately and completely （evaluating references）. The whole process involves the accumulation of the experiences and the application of the tips for search. This paper demonstrates the above standpoint and the effectiveness of the search strategies, through illustrating the background and detailed process of the service of literature search with a project of enterprise technology innovation.
