摘 要:选取苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)3种乙烯类单体浸注杨木单板并采用加热聚合的工艺制备杨木单板强化材。通过正交试验和方差分析,确定了最佳聚合工艺。利用扫描电镜和FTIR定性分析了聚合效果,表明此聚合工艺下聚合物充分聚合填充在木材内部,聚合效果明显。对所得的新型强化复合人造板的物理力学性能检测表明,强化复合人造板的硬度、耐磨性、静曲强度都有不同程度的提高;胶合强度虽略有下降,但整体性能达到了预期效果。Three mixed resin liquids, Styrene (St), Methyl methacrylate (MMA) and Vinyl acetate (VAc), were selected and impregnated into poplar veneers. The impregnated veneers were heated and polymerized to make strengthened poplar veneers. The optimal technology was determined by the methods of orthogonal experiment and variance analysis, and the polymerization effect was analysed with SEM and FTIR. Results showed that polymer filled the wood fully by the polymerization technology and the polymerization effect was obvious. The detection results of physical and mechanical properties of the new strengthened composite boards indicate that the capabilities, including the hardness, the abrasion resistance, and the modulus of rupture (MOR), all enhance to different degrees. Although the bonding strength declined slightly, the whole performance achieved the expected capability.
