摘 要:以旋光的联萘二酚(BINOL)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)及均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为主要原料,采用二步法,合成了主链含有联萘基团的新型旋光性聚(氨酯-酰亚胺)(S-BPUI和R-BPUI),并考察该聚合物较佳的制备条件,且用红外光谱(1R)、紫外-可见光谱(Vis-UV)、圆二光谱(CD)、热重及差热分析(TG/DSC)等对BPUI结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:较佳的合成条件为预聚时间为5h、温度为100℃;S-BPUI和R-BPUI旋光度最高可分别达到+45.5°和-40.4°,具有较高的旋光能力;S-BPUI和R-BPUI的玻璃化转变温度分别为259.3℃和251.6℃以上,热分解温度分别为299.5℃和306.6℃,显示了较好的热稳定性;特性粘度在0.1808-0.2445dL/g内变化,耐溶剂性能较好。A new type of optically active poly(urethane-imide) (R-BPUI and S-BPUI) were prepared from chiral 1, 1 '-binaphthyl(BINOL), 2,4 -toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) by two steps, the reaction conditions were studied. The polymers obtained were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, CD, DSC/TGA and so on. The resuits showed the optically rotation of both of the S-BPUI and the R-BPUI could reached -40.4° and +45.5° (DMF, L= 1 dm, C= 0.25 g/100 mL), then the polymer showed optical stabilities and glass transformation temperatures(Tg) of S- BPUI and R-BPUI had reached 259.3℃ and 251.6℃ respectively, meanwhile the thermal decomposition temperatures(Td) had got to 299.5℃ and 306.6℃,Therefore the target polymer exhibited good thermal properties. The intrinsic viscosity changed among 0. 1808-0. 2445 dL/g and the polymer showed good resist from solvents.
