摘  要:以纯丙乳液(TBH)为基料,添加工业堇青石、空心玻璃微珠、钛白粉等为填料,制备复合型外墙隔热涂料。并通过L16(42)正交试验和极差分析得出最佳配方。研究表明:红外填料堇青石对提高涂料隔热效果明显,在基本配方中添加2.0g堇青石热反射率达90.7%;当复合添加空心玻璃微珠10.0g、堇青石2.0g时,所配制的隔热涂料的热反射率高达91.67%,超过了国外反射率>75%的要求。A kind of composite heat-insulated paint of outer wall was developed, which was based on TBH emulsion as the binder, and adding industrial cordierite, hollow glass micro-bead, mullite, aluminium titanate and silicon carbide as infrared fillers. The formula was optimized by right of L16 (4^2 ) orthogonal experiment design and range analysis. The results indicated that the cordierite had evident effects on the heat-insulated properties of the paint, when 2. 0g cordierite was added in the basic formula, the thermal reflectivity of the paint can be increased to 90.7%. when 10.0g hollow glass microbead and 2. 0g cordierite were both added, the thermal reflectivity can reached 91. 67% and exceeded 75~~ of the demand of American army.
