摘　　要：目的评价新型灭螺药氯代水杨胺(LDS)的急性毒性。方法按照《农业登记毒理学试验方法》GB15670-1995,将LDS分别进行大鼠急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性试验,家兔急性眼刺激和皮肤刺激试验,以及豚鼠皮肤致敏试验。结果依据分级评价标准,LDS对大鼠急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性属微毒级,对家兔属无急性眼刺激性及无急性皮肤刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤致敏属弱致敏类。结论LDS对哺乳动物的毒性属微毒级,是一种新型的安全灭螺药。Objective To investigate the acute toxicity of LDS, a molluscicide. Methods According to ＂the method of toxicity test for agriculture register＂ GB15670-1995, an acute toxicity test was carried out via mouth, skin and inbreathe with Wistar rat. Meanwhile, the eye and skin stimulating test with rabbit as well as skin stimulating test with guinea pig were also conducted. Results Based on the classification of appraising criterion on acute toxicity test via mouth, skin and inbreathe with Wistar rat, LDS belonged to a feebleness toxicity degree. Based on intension classification criterion of acute skin stimulation, LDS was of no acute skin stimulation to the rabbit. Based on intension classification criterion of acute eye stimulation, LDS was of no acute eye stimulation to the rabbit. Based on intension classification criterion of impressible rate, LDS was feebly impressible. Conclusion LDS has a feeble toxicity degree to mammal.
