摘　　要：终端呼叫建立过程由空中接口协议栈的无线资源控制(RRC)子层与非接入层(NS)的连接管理(CM)子层控制完成。介绍了Uu接口控制面协议层次结构,分析并论述了基于WCDMA技术的CS域用户端呼叫流程原理,提出了一种提高网络资源利用率的方案。Radio resource control stratum as well as Connection management stratum in air interface protocol stack controls the procedure of call establishment. The paper firstly gives a short introduction of Uu interface protocol specification. Then the principle of call establishment procedure of CS field in WCDMA is analyzed. Furthermore, one suggestion is given to improve the use of network resource.
